Development coaching

Development coaching is a one-on-one work method that supports making changes in your professional or personal life and increasing the effectiveness of your actions.

The coach helps the client plan changes, motivate themselves to act, recognize their strengths and develop ways to achieve goals that are important to them. Coaching is also a method of employee development, thanks to which the company can achieve a number of benefits, such as:

  • strengthening the company by developing individual competences of employees and shaping appropriate attitudes and skills,
  • saving time and money,
  • increasing work efficiency,
  • strengthening the effects of training in the organization by supporting the implementation of desired changes and skills in practice,
  • increasing employee motivation to act.
The coaching process is a series of 2-10 meetings every 2-4 weeks, each lasting between 60 and 90 minutes. Before the first session, we contact the client in person or by phone to determine individual needs and expectations. We conduct the coaching process in such a way that it does not interfere with everyday duties or professional tasks. Between sessions, the coaching client has the opportunity to contact the coach via e-mail and telephone. We also provide distance coaching via Skype or by phone.
