Job satisfacion assessment

The aim of the job satisfaction assessment is to learn the opinion of the organization’s employees about their work.

This makes it possible to discover in what areas communication with employees is interrupted, what factors may decrease their motivation to work and what can be done to prevent it.
Before starting the study we conduct interviews with representatives of the organization and employees about the nature of work in the company.
Next all employees are asked to fill in a dedicated questionnaire. Tests are carried out online and are anonymous; each employee receives a link to the questionnaires via e-mail.
After completion of the study and the analysis of its results, both the management of the company and each participant of the study receive a written report on the tests of all employees.
