The aim of the study is to learn the strengths of the employees – their abilities, interests, distinguishing features.
This allows better matching of performed tasks to their potential.
Before starting the study we conduct interviews with persons representing the organization and employees from particular groups of posts about the nature of their work. Then we select the appropriate research tools in the form of standardized psychological tests and original questionnaires. Tests are carried out on-line.
After completion of the study, each employee receives a report with the prepared profile of his/her strengths and directions for development. Reports are also made available to managerial staff. There is also a possibility to have an interview with the person conducting the study in order to determine the possible paths of career development of a given employee.
