JOB SATISFACTION ASSESSMENT

The aim of the job satisfaction assessment is to learn the opinion of people employed in the organization about their work.

This makes it possible to discover in what areas communication with employees is interrupted, what factors may decrease their motivation to work, and what can be done to prevent it.

Before starting the study we conduct interviews with persons representing the organization and employees about the nature of work in the company. Then, all employees are asked to fill specially prepared for this purpose questionnaire. Tests are carried out on-line and are anonymous; each employee receives by mail a link to a page with questionnaires. After completion of the study and the analysis of its results, both the management of the company and each participant of the study receive a written report on the results of testing of all employees.
