Development training is a group classes aimed at people who want to better understand each other, establish and maintain satisfactory relations with other people, work efficiently and deal with the challenges of everyday life:

Sample topics of workshops include:

  • strengthening own psychological resistance
  • increasing self-confidence
  • how to motivate yourself to take action and how to achieve your goals?
  • how to deal with stress at work and personal life?

We are also open to other suggestions concerning the topics of the workshops.

Workshops usually last from 2 to 8 teaching hours. They are conducted using active methods in the form of individual exercises, in pairs or small groups, role play or discussions. Each workshop may also include a short portions of knowledge passed in the form of mini-lectures. Each participant receives printed materials and appriopiate teaching aids. All workshops are conducted according to the original programs.
