Developmental coaching is a one-on-one method of supporting changes in one’s professional or personal life and increasing the effectiveness of one’s own activities.

Coach helps the client in planning change, motivating, recognizing his or her strengths, and working out ways to achieve his or her important goals.
Coaching is also a method of employee development, through which the company can achieve a number of benefits such as:
strengthening the company by developing the individual competencies of employees and shaping their appropriate attitudes and skills,
saving time and money,
improving work efficiency,
strengthening the effects of training in organizations by supporting the implementation of desired changes and skills in practice,
increasing employee motivation to work.

The coaching process is a series of 2-10 meetings every 2-4 weeks, each of which lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Before the first session, we contact the customer personally or by telephone to determine their individual needs and expectations. The coaching process is conducted in such a way that it does not interfere with everyday tasks or professional tasks. Between sessions the coaching customer has the opportunity to contact the coach via email and telephone. We also provide distance coaching through Skype or by phone. We also offer coaching in English.
